Shipping Policy
- Regardless of the chosen method of Goods delivery, the Buyer undertakes to provide accurate Personal and Delivery address data, as well as provide all additional information necessary for proper delivery (e.g., the name of a shopping or business center, building, floor, apartment or office number, stairwell code, etc.).
- Upon receiving the Goods from the courier, the Buyer undertakes to inspect the condition of the Goods shipment and sign the shipment acceptance document. If the Buyer notices damage to the package or discrepancies in the contents, they must immediately inform the courier, request the drafting of a package damage report, take photos of the damaged package or Goods, and send them to the Seller by email at hello@matchapatcha.com. If the Buyer receives the ordered Goods from the courier and signs the shipment document without comments, it is considered that the shipment has been delivered properly. If the Buyer fails to take these actions, the Seller shall not be liable for damage to the Goods (if such damage is not due to a factory defect) and discrepancies in the completeness of the Goods (if these discrepancies can be determined during an external inspection of the Goods).
- The Buyer undertakes to accept or pick up the Goods themselves. In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the Goods themselves, and the Goods delivery documents confirm that the Goods were delivered to the Delivery address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer shall not have the right to make any claims to the Seller regarding the improper recipient of the Goods.
- The Seller undertakes to make every effort to comply with the delivery terms indicated in the Goods information, and if unable to do so, to immediately contact the Buyer and agree on other delivery or Contract termination terms.
- The Buyer is informed in advance and agrees that:
1. in certain cases (e.g., when the Goods are low in stock, and multiple Buyers order the same Goods simultaneously, or the Goods are sold out while waiting for confirmation of advance payment from the bank or payment system), the delivery term indicated in the Goods information may change;
2. in exceptional cases, the delivery of the Goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control (e.g., when the Goods are ordered before a significant holiday, due to traffic jams on the roads, adverse weather conditions, etc.). - The delivery term begins to be calculated when you receive an email from us confirming that the order has been confirmed.
- Goods are delivered to the Buyer only on business days and during business hours. Non-working and holiday days are not included in the delivery term.
- If the Goods are already in stock, they will be delivered within 3 - 5 business days.
- The Seller is in all cases released from liability for a breach of delivery terms if the Goods have not been delivered to the Buyer or have been delivered later due to the Buyer's fault or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control (Force Majeure).
Money and Goods Return Policy:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the ordered Goods.
To successfully cancel your order, you must inform us and provide all the necessary information.

We will refund the money no later than 30 days from the receipt of the returned Goods. Your money will be refunded in the same way as the payment for the order, without any additional refund fees. Conditions for Returning Goods:
To return purchased items, make sure that:
The items were purchased within the last 14 days. The items are in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging. Items That Cannot Be Returned:
Items that cannot be returned due to their nature, such as items with expired shelf life. Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons after unpacking. Items that have been used with other items (product mixtures). We reserve the right to refuse the return of items, even if they meet the above requirements.

We are not responsible for any damage to the items that occurs during the return. Therefore, we recommend choosing a secure parcel delivery service. We will not be able to refund your money if you do not provide a purchase receipt or delivery receipt.
